gear4baby delivers Australia wide and overseas using Australia Post. ALL orders received and paid for in full before 12pm will be sent that day providing the goods are in stock.

Within Australia: We send all parcels via Australia Post using the eParcel system- regular post or Express Post options are available. eParcel allows us to track every parcel and signature is required on delivery. Express Post is the most economical next business day delivery service for parcels. Parcels sent by Express Post will be delivered within 1 business day after dispatch for postcodes within the Express Post Next Day Network. All other parcels will be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your postcode.

All Croozer Jogger/Trailers are shipped via TNT Roadfreight and will take longer to deliver.  We will advise you when it ships the estimated delivery time.

Free Shipping: All orders within Australia that are over $100 will be shipped FREE of charge via regular post only.

International Post: Orders are shipped via Australia Post Air. Delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Large items are measured by cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You can then change or cancel your order if required.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products gear4baby will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or canceling your order.

Note- If for some reason the parcel can not be delivered and is returned to us by Australia Post ( eg wrong Name / Address given by customer.) The Customer will have to pay for the postage charges to resend the parcel.

Please note, we do not accept personal or bank cheque / money orders via mail. Any direct deposits must be made online only for Australian financial institutions.

Our new lay-by service has been created so you can order products you love and pay for them over 12 weeks.

How to Lay-By Products:

• Once you have made your order click on CHECKOUT to be taken to our secure order area (128 bit security).
• Select your Payment Type as "Lay-By".
• Read the Terms and Conditions and if you accept the Terms and Conditions and are happy to proceed click Check out.
• Enter you details, billing and shipping address.
• Within 24 hours you will receive an email from us requesting a minimum 10% deposit - this can be paid via PayPal or Direct Deposit.
• You will then be required to make weekly or fortnightly payments in whatever instalment amounts you can manage.
• Once final payment has been received you order will be delivered within 3-5 days
  
  Terms and Conditions

• A minimum purchase of $100.00.
• A minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure the order.
• Maximum 12 weeks lay-by from original order date.
• Weekly or fortnightly payments in whatever instalment amounts you can manage.
• Lay-by's can be paid out at any time within the 12 weeks of the original order date.
• The products remain the property of Gear4baby until full payment for the whole order has been received.
• Once final payment has been received, your order will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.
• If you cancel your lay-by at any time the initial $50 deposit will not be refunded.
• If after 12 weeks, the order has not been paid in full, the stock will be returned to the shelves and you will be refunded the payments made, less the initial $50 deposit, which will be retained by Gear4baby to cover administration costs.
   

Your item will be dispatched once your payment has cleared.

All gear4baby prices are inclusive of 10% GST, and are in Australian Dollars.

gear4baby check all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage. In the event that a fault or damage is overlooked, gear4baby will happily exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be provided in it's original packaging, unworn and unwashed and with tags attached. Please contact gear4baby within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.If you're not satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item of equal value, however all shipping costs must be paid by the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply.  All returns must be provided in it's original packaging, unworn and unwashed and with tags attached.Please note for exchanges, a prepaid envelope/satchel needs to be included for the replacement item to be sent out and exchanges need to be completed within 28 days of original purchase date.

If an item should arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us straight away. The risk of loss/damage passes to you once we deliver to Australia Post however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.
